The penis can look and feel natural after insertion of the implant, and sexual function and sensation is typically back to normal following the 6-8 week healing period. No two men are the same, however, and individual results may vary.
Any surgical procedure, no matter how safe, runs the risk of complications. Following Penuma procedures, among the potential risks and complications, infection was found in 3% of cases. Seroma, or fluid build-up, in 5% of cases. Risks and complications can typically be averted through strict adherence to pre and post-op protocols.

HA fillers may affect penis girth only. The injection of the material is in no way designed to have any effect on penis length. Therefore, men who seek a longer penis length should seek other options.
